• In case the customer wishes to return the order after it has been delivered, the customer shall pay the cost of delivery and return.
• In case customer returns the order due to damage or difference in the products, the customer does not pay the return fees.
• In case of returning the order, the product must be in the same condition as delivered to the client and with the box and the bag.

Cancellation Policy:

• If the order is canceled before it is delivered, the customer will not pay any cancellation fees.
• If the order is canceled during delivery, the customer will pay the delivery cost.
• If the order is canceled before external shipment, the customer does not pay any cancellation fees.
• If the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Replacement Policy:

• In case that the customer wants to replace the product because the size or color is not suitable, the customer will pay the replacement fee.
• In case of order replacement, the product must be in good condition and with the box and bag.
